- Integration & Service Data: Configuration details, workflow architecture data, and API credentials provided during onboarding and integrations. This data is transmitted securely and used exclusively to deliver the agreed-upon technical services.
2. How We Use Your Information & Lawful Basis
We process your personal information strictly to act as your technical partner and service provider. Under applicable laws (including GDPR), our lawful bases for processing are:
- Performance of a Contract: To deliver requested AI audits, consulting, website design, and business automation services, and to manage billing.
- Legitimate Interests: To secure our website, prevent spam/abuse, and improve our service offerings.
- Consent: To send marketing newsletters and communications (you may withdraw this consent at any time).
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
AI & Automated Decision-Making Transparency: While we implement AI automation for our clients, SolvAI Digital does not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you without human oversight.
3. SMS & Mobile Data Policy (10DLC Compliance)
The following provisions apply to our telecommunications and SMS routing, fully compliant with US A2P 10DLC regulations.
We respect your mobile privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any text messaging (SMS) opt-in data and consent will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for direct communication between you and SolvAI Digital regarding your active inquiries, project status, or services.
4. Data Storage & Security Infrastructure
Your data is processed and stored using a combination of highly secure cloud infrastructure and our own self-managed systems, prioritizing data sovereignty:
- Self-Hosted Architecture: Client-facing and operational data (leads, CRM records, automation workflows) is processed via n8n and Twenty CRM, which are self-hosted on a privately managed Virtual Private Server (VPS) operated exclusively by SolvAI Digital.
- Security Controls: Our VPS is secured with HTTPS/TLS encryption, SSH key-based access controls, strict firewall routing (UFW), and automated backups. Only authorized SolvAI Digital personnel may access this server.
- No Commingling: No client data is stored on public or shared SaaS infrastructure without explicit contractual Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place.
5. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data strictly for operational purposes with trusted sub-processors who are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:
- n8n & Twenty CRM (Self-Hosted VPS): For secure lead routing, workflow automation, and client relationship management.
- Brevo: For delivering transactional emails and opted-in newsletters.
- Cloudflare: For website security, DNS routing, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Hostinger: For secure website and server infrastructure hosting.
None of these providers are permitted to use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and ePrivacy
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure our website functions correctly and to analyze site traffic.
- Essential Cookies: Required for site security (e.g., Cloudflare) and core functionality.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to understand user navigation.

7. Data Retention
